Aristopet Stop Itch For Dogs and Cats, is for the treatment or prevention of minor wounds and dermatological conditions. Aids in the treatment of dermatological conditions like minor cases of itch, eczema and treatment of other superficial animal wounds.
Suitable for Dogs & Cats, 12 weeks and older
15g/L Povidone-iodine, 6g/L lodophor (Equivalent to 0.75% available Iodine)
Store below 30 degrees Celcius (room temperature). Keep out of direct sunlight. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN
This product is contraindicated for use in kittens and puppies less than 12 weeks old. Pets should not be allowed to lick the product as some animals are sensitive to iodine treatments. If the preparation fails to alleviate the condition being treated, the user should seek veterinary advice. Product will irritate human skin. If product gets on skin, immediately wash area with soap and water. When using the product wear disposable gloves. Wash hands after use. FIRST AID: If poisoning occurs, contact a doctor or the Poisons Information Centre on 0800 764 766. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

Use on puppies and kittens older than 12 weeks of age.
As shampoo: Dilute 1 part of Stop-itch to 20 parts of warm water and rub well into the coat and allow the foam to remain for at least 5 minutes. Rinse, dry, and then liberally apply undiluted Stop-Itch to infected and surrounding areas. Wipe off excess from coats of cats.
For skin diseases: Clean the affected area with a solution of 1 part Stop-Itch to 20 parts warm water. Towel dry, then liberally apply undiluted Stop-Itch to the affected area. Repeat daily for 3-4 days, or until condiction improves.
Wounds: For emergency treatment of lacerations, wire cut, burns, abrasions and other superficial animal wounds, dab the wound with cotton wool or gauze soaked with undiluted Stop-Itch. Repeat daily for 3-4days or until healing is well evidenced.
Is Stop-Itch Harmful to cats if they are licking the product?
This product is generally safe when ingested, however can be harmful if swallowed in significant amount. Consult your veterinarian if you have any concerns.
